1.Wash your hands thoroughly.

3. Shake the package well. Add the correct amount of milk to the cup following the feeding instructions.
4. Warm the milk container, if desired, by placing it in hot water but be careful not to get water in the container or wet the spout. Do not use a microwave. Check the temperature before feeding.
5. Discard any excess milk within one hour of starting to feed. Breastfeeding should continue as long as possible.
