Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Without defrosting, place the peinirli with smoked bacon and traditional PDO cheese on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or greased with a little oil.
Bake in the middle position of your oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Adjust the baking time and temperature according to your oven.
Optionally, for even more enjoyment, brush them with fresh butter as soon as you take them out of the oven. This product cannot be microwaved.
