Rice flour, corn starch, corn starch, RICE, ricotta cheese 10% (cow's milk serum, cow's milk, cream of milk, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), Grana Padano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet, yeast, yeast lysozyme), yeast egg whites, MILK serum, cream, fibre, spinach 1%, salt, dextrose, extra virgin olive oil, flavourings, thickener: xanthan gum, nutmeg, onion, garlic, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Possibly contains traces of FISH, CELEBRATE, SAGE and THIODUS.

Suggested boiling time: 1' -2'. In plenty of boiling water, add the tortellini and stir. Boil for 2 minutes. There is no need to salt the water. Drain and serve with sauce and grated cheese of your choice.
