Oven/air oven:
1.Preheat the oven to 220°C.
2.Place the baking tray in the upper position (middle position in the air) of the oven with a non-stick baking paper.
3.Place the fish cakes directly from the freezer and bake for 15-17 minutes (13-15 minutes in the air). Turn the fishcakes once after 10 minutes.
Pan:
Heat the oil in the pan.
Place the fishcakes directly from the freezer.
Fry on medium heat for 5-8 minutes. Turn the fish fingers carefully, several times.
