E. SPECIAL TERMS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
When you begin browsing our Online Store, you may be asked to enter the ZIP code of the delivery area to confirm whether your address is within our service area. If your address is not within our service area, you will be notified before completing your order. Service areas are determined at our sole discretion and are subject to change.
Certain products may be available with a maximum permitted volume or quantity per item, as indicated on our Online Store, or may be sold unpackaged by the piece or in specific quantities in accordance with standard commercial practice.
For products sold by weight, the final weight may deviate from the ordered quantity by up to approximately 10%, a deviation that is considered reasonable under standard commercial practice and which you accept when placing your order. The final charge for these products is based on their actual weight at the time the order is fulfilled.
The acceptance and fulfillment of an order require a minimum estimated total value, which is determined based on the ZIP code of the service area. The amount displayed upon completion of the order is an estimated value and not the final amount, particularly when the order includes products with daily pricing or products that are weighed, and the user expressly accepts this by submitting the order.
In the case of online payment, the estimated order amount is initially reserved, plus a 5% surcharge on the total weight of the weighed products, to cover any potential differences due to variable weight or product substitutions. The final settlement of the amount is processed within three (3) business days of order completion.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided, containing your order details and the selected payment method.
Upon receipt of your order, you must verify that you have received all the items you ordered. If items you did not order are delivered, you must immediately notify our company and request their return.
If you wish to pay for your order, in whole or in part, with meal vouchers, you must specify their number and value before finalizing your order. The value of the meal vouchers is deducted from the final amount, not the initially estimated amount. The meal vouchers are handed over to our representative upon delivery of the products.
We strictly adhere to the specifications for proper storage, maintenance, and transportation of the products until they are delivered to you, having received the necessary assurances from our suppliers, who are themselves liable to the end consumer.
The product selection in our Online Store may differ from that of our physical stores, in accordance with our commercial policy.
The information regarding product details (ingredients, nutritional value, allergens, etc.) is based on the label of each specific product. We make every effort to provide reliable information; however, we do not guarantee its absolute accuracy or completeness, as variations may occur for technical reasons or due to changes in information provided by the supplier. In any case, the information on the product label takes precedence, and you should check it before purchasing and, in any event, before consuming the product.

These Terms of Use are governed by the provisions of national and EU law.
In the event of a dispute regarding these terms, every effort will be made in good faith to resolve the matter out of court; otherwise, the courts of Heraklion, Crete, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
