In the pan: In a shallow pan, heat 1 cup of olive oil and fry the potatoes in batches without defrosting them (about 200g at a time). Fry the potatoes for about 7-8 minutes, until they turn pink and crispy. Remove them with a slotted spoon and spread them on a plate lined with absorbent paper to drain.
In the air fryer (1800w air fryer). Bake at 200C for 15 minutes, shaking the potatoes in between, until they are pink and crispy.
In the oven: Preheat the oven to 220C fan oven. Spread a layer of potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, without defrosting them, pour 1/3 cup of olive oil over them and bake in the middle position of the oven for 30 minutes. Adjust cooking time according to the quantity and your appliance.
