Greek parboiled rice (hydrothermal treatment: naturally processed with boiling water and steam) 82%, rice flour, flavorings (contains SOY), vegetable fats (RSPO-sustainable palm oil, MILK protein), dehydrated vegetables (mushroom powder 1.5%, onion, garlic, black truffle powder 0.05%), herb mix (rosemary, dill, basil, mint in varying proportions), Greek summer truffle Tuber aestivum 0.75%, salt, sugar, black pepper, truffle oil 0.2%.
May contain traces of EGG, CELERY, LUPIN.
Allergenic ingredients and traces of allergens are indicated in CAPITAL letters.

1. Mix the contents of the package thoroughly in 750ml of cold water and bring to a boil.
2. Boil over medium heat for 14 minutes, uncovered, stirring frequently. Turn off the heat, stir and leave for 2 minutes with the lid on. Stir.
3. Serve the risotto hot and creamy.
