Greek parboiled rice (hydrothermal treatment: naturally processed with boiling water and steam) 82.5%, rice flour, whole milk powder, yogurt powder (MILK), natural flavorings, spice extract, dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic, CELERY), acidifier: lactic acid, sugar, salt, Kozani PDO egg yolk 0.08%.
May contain traces of LUPIN, EGG, SOY.

1. Mix the contents of the package thoroughly in 750ml of cold water and bring to a boil.
2. Boil over medium heat for 14 minutes, uncovered, stirring frequently. Turn off the heat, stir and leave for 2 minutes with the lid on. Stir.
3. Serve the risotto hot and creamy.
