The e-shop user has the option to request the return of products either because they are not what they ordered or because the items added as replacements are not of their choice. A prerequisite for both cases is that the returned item must be intact and in its original packaging.
Please note that fresh products can only be returned on the same day the order is delivered.
To return products, the user must contact the e-shop customer service center by phone at 2810824140 or at orders@xalkiadakis.gr
The products are received by representatives of Chalkiadakis S.A.
The user has the right to return part of their order by bringing the product they wish to exchange, along with the proof of purchase, to the nearest Chalkiadakis store within 10 days of the date of purchase. It is essential that the returned item has its packaging intact and complete, with all accessories and additional benefits that accompanied its sale, the original purchase documents and any other accompanying printed material or items (e.g., labels, tags, instructions for use, etc.). If an item does not have its original properties or has passed its legal expiration date, then Chalkiadakis S.A. has the right to refuse its return. Fresh products (groceries, meat, fish, cheese, cold cuts, etc.) and items that, for health or safety reasons, are not accepted for return according to standard practice and commercial customs.
The refund process should be completed within 14 calendar days.
