Description:

The most traditional shape of short pasta, known from traditional recipes handed down by grandmothers. It is shaped like a grain of wheat and is very tasty in yuvetsaki, with lamb and in ragout. It is also ideal for risotto with shrimp, risotto with tomato sauce, but also for more creative options such as risotto with mushrooms, risotto with peas, or any modern risotto recipe. Of course, original recipes are not excluded!

3. Let it boil for 12-14 minutes.
