In a pot: Heat the olive oil over low heat and sauté the contents of the package for 5 minutes. Turn up the heat, add salt, pepper, the grated tomato, and the water, and stir gently. As soon as it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for about 40–45 minutes.
In a pressure cooker: Follow the recipe as described above, but use 200 ml of water. Cover the pressure cooker, and once the valve pops up, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 15 minutes.
In the oven: Follow the instructions for the stovetop method, simmering for 15–20 minutes, or follow the instructions for the pressure cooker method, simmering for 10 minutes after the valve pops up. Next, transfer the contents of the pot or pressure cooker to a baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and place it in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection) for 15 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and let it cook for another 15 minutes until golden brown.

Once defrosted, it cannot be refrozen.
