Okra 20%, round green beans 20%, potatoes 15%, eggplant 10% [eggplant, vegetable oil)], zucchini 10%, onion 8%, red bell pepper 5%, green bell pepper 5%, carrot 5%, parsley 1%, garlic 1%.

In the refrigerator: 24 hours.
In the freezer at:
-6 °C for 2 weeks,
-12 °C for 1 month,
-18 °C until the expiration date.

In a pot: Sauté the contents of the package in half the amount of olive oil over high heat for 2–3 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low, add salt, pepper, the grated tomato, and water, and stir gently. Cover the pot and let the dish simmer for 40–45 minutes. Add the remaining olive oil, turn off the heat, and leave the pot on the stove for about 5 minutes.
In a pressure cooker: Follow the recipe as described above, but use 100 ml of water. Cover the pressure cooker, and once the valve pops up, lower the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Once it has thawed, it cannot be refrozen.
